This web site is divided into "projects", almost everything is related to one (or more projects). The members of a project are called a Group.
There are some projects that you can see information from directly. Others ask that you join them first.
Each project has issue tracking services (the overall support queue can be seen on the support page).
Each project has a forum, which is also available via email.
Pages may be edited using "wiki" style markup
Some pages allow in-line comments to be used (using e-mail style markup)
