Develop the tool that does the conversion this means the tools has to do:

1. Search the given files for sc_threads 2. Check which threads do not use switch statements 3. Ask the user if a thread uses blocking IMCs (thread per thread) 3a. Ideally provide a list of the IMCs used by that thread to the user 4. add the duff init, duff end and wait macros 5. change the SC_THREAD definition into an SC_METHOD definition
