Data and Control containers have different life-spans from timing containers

The data and control containers exist from master to slave (and back). Their longevity is as long as communication is in progress between master and slave.

However, timing information exists between initiator and target, it is protocol dependent and it's life span exists in accordance with that protocol.

Hence, data and control containers are owned by a master port, but timing containers must be owned by each initiator port.
